Smiley were delighted to make their annual appearance at Shanghai Licensing show last week to showcase another successful year in Asia Pacific. The event took place on the 20th– 22nd October at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.


Smiley showcased a wide range of products from a variety of the brand’s growth categories including apparel, FMCG, footwear, personal care, home décor and accessories, which allowed Smiley to share with the Asian licensing industry some of its most exciting partnerships from 2015, that included the brands exciting collaborations and partnerships with licensees Yihua, Insenso, CMP, NICI and collaborations such as Octopus HK, B.Duck and Black Martine Sitbon.  


The contemporary Smiley booth was designed to share an insight into The Original Smiley Brand’s ethos, with a custom built stand highlighting the clear diversity of the two Smiley brands. Each corner of the stand was split into category features and highlighted how Smiley continues to champion and explore the global happiness trend whilst setting trends across multiple product categories. 


The event proved to be a huge success, with both leading industry professionals and the public showing real enthusiasm for the Smiley brand and its growing presence across all categories.
